Portrait Monday: Laura

livesonpaper:

A wife of a former Yakuza leader, she set sail for America to run away from a vicious past.  She found a small town and settled down in the most unlikely of places.  The lady with the dragon chest tattoo came to own a modest restaurant in a run-down mall.  It does well enough, and she gets by just fine.  She’s quick, abrasive, and serves your sesame chicken with a side of rice and contempt for ignorant Americans.

livesonpaper:

A middle child in a large family, she’s starved for attention.  She surrounds herself with friends she knows will worship her.  She’ll do anything for the story. Silly teenage antics that you regret in adulthood.  The epitome of young and reckless.  Wearing retro clothing with modern flare.  She’ll pierce and tattoo her body however she wants because it’s her life and her story.  She makes non-conformity a lifestyle because everyone else does too.

Follow this blog. I draw the people we watch.

My anniversary gift for my lovely girlfriend. This is Warren the fat Scottish fold seated atop a majestic dwarf unicorn named Chaz. I used Prismacolor markers I’ve had since freshman year to make this 15”x18” illustration.

Anonymous asked: What are you doing now that you have graduated?

The first thing I did was post an ad for my freelance services on Conceptart.org. Since then, people from all over the world have seen my website and contacted me. I’ve had many job offers, but some have predictably fallen through. Other than that, I’ve enjoyed socializing, sleeping in, and playing video games.

Portrait Monday: Carlee

I made some new brushes today and felt like doing a little landscape painting.

Graduation invitation time

I finally made a twitter account to supplement my online presence.
